Purchasing

From purchase order to paid supplier.

Raise purchase orders, receive goods against them and see what you owe each supplier. Photograph a supplier's bill and Kownt X fills in the rest.

Buy right, receive right, pay right.

How it works

Three steps, the way a shop does it.

  1. Order

Raise a PO from the reorder list, or start from scratch.

  2. Receive

Count what arrived against the PO, or photograph the bill and check the draft.

  3. Pay

Supplier dues update with every receipt and return.

A misread bill says so out loud.

When a photographed bill is read, Kownt X adds up the lines. If they don't match the printed total, it tells you which line is probably wrong before anything is saved.

FAQ

Purchasing, answered.

  • Can I receive part of a purchase order?

Yes. Receive what arrived, close lines that won't come, and keep the rest open.
